A first step was made by SAPA with the takeover of 100% of Brigoni S.p.A. shares, a company that operates in the automotive plastics industry.
The news was reported by the largest Italian economic and financial newspapers, from Il Sole 24 Ore to Milano Finanza, to Borsa Italiana.
