WHERE WE STARTED

At SAPA, everything finds inspiration in Angelo Affinita, the company founder.

When he was a kid, he worked with his father, who produced artisanal door and window frames. A nice, noble and artistic job, but also time-consuming and labour-intensive. Every frame was hand-made.
The intuition that Angelo Affinita had was to switch from artisanal production to series production.

The same spirit and the same objectives that SAPA kept when it was decided to specialise in the automotive sector.

But I guarantee without any fear of being proven wrong that no-one else has an organic method that can be applied to everything and that is patented with all the industrial advantages that you need.

By examining the other available options, you will notice that you will incur in one or more of these conditions:

  • they don’t have a patent for their merit that protects them
  • they don’t produce in one step but maybe in 2 (or 3 or 4…and these can very quickly become a high number of expensive steps)

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT IT IS PATENTED?

Clearly, it is the method that was patented, not the parts produced thanks to this method.
